1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GlowEntrix ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the website glowentrix.shop, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

4.2 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. Unless otherwise stated, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.3 Billing

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to that payment method. We may update your payment method using information provided by payment service providers. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration at the then-current price. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your account settings.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change the price of our subscription plans. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after we provide notice of the change.

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any portion of the current billing period.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

7. User Content

You retain all rights in your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license above and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

8. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

GlowEntrix provides fitness information and services for general informational purposes only. Our content is not intended to replace professional advice, consultation, or care from healthcare or fitness professionals. Before starting any exercise program or making significant changes to your diet, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are participating in fitness activities at your own risk
• You are responsible for exercising within your limits and choosing appropriate workout intensities
• We are not responsible for any injuries or health problems that may result from your use of our Services
• Our fitness recommendations are general in nature and may not be suitable for everyone

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowEntrix and our officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the 12-month period prior to the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlowEntrix and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
